Directions:  
PREHEAT oven to 450
Place carrots in a foil lined shallow baking pan
Toss with 2 tbsp of dressing, cover with foil
BAKE 20 minutes
REMOVE foil Stir, bake another 20-25 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring occasionally, TOSS with remainibng 1/4 cup of dressing, just before serving
