Description: SUPER easy! Roasted red potatoes that I make to go with fish or anything. I use a stone instead of baking sheet.

1  tablespoon
1  teaspoon
1  dash

1.) Cut potatoes into 1/4s and put into bowl.
2.) Put EVOO over the top and toss to coat.
3.) Place on stone and cook in 400 degree oven, turning once half way through.
