1/8  teaspoon

Directions:  
Preheat oven to 425.
Peel Sweet potatoes & cut lengthwise into wedges.
Combine wedges & other ingredients in a bowl; toss gently to coat.
Place single layer on cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes.

Note: I do not peel the potatoes, I just scrub really well, this may add a few calories but it also adds fiber.
