Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Place zucchini, squash, onion, asparagus, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Toss with garlic, olive oil and sugar, then spread onto a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil. Add bouillon, wine and orzo. Cook al dente (8-10 minutes), drain and stir in roasted vegetables.
