Directions:  
Preheat oven to 450º
Drizzle potatoes with some oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet, and roast 35-minutes.Toss brussels sprouts with more oil,salt and pepper, spread on baking sheet with potatoes, about 5 minutes after putting potatoes in oven. Cook and crumble sausage in a skillet, drain grease. Place potatoes, brussels sprouts, and sausage in buttered large baking dish. Sprinkle with thyme, and cubes of cheese, stirring to distribute evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake until cheese melts (10- 15 minutes)
