Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spray a 7x11 in. glass baking dish with cooking spray

In medium bowl, mix peaches, blueberries, 1/4 c. Splenda, and 1 tablespoon of baking mix

Pour fruit mixture in baking dish

In medium bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons of Splenda, remaining 3/4 cup of Bisquick, ginger, cinnamon, and milk. Stir until mixture makes a soft dough.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough over the fruit mixture.

Sprinkle a little Splenda over the top of the dough.

Bake about 30 min. until biscuits are golden brown.
