Rotel and Velveeta Cheese Dip

10  ounces		Rotel Tomatoes with green chiles, diced
16  ounces		Velveeta Original

Cut Velveeta cheese into approximately 1 inch cubes and place in microwavable 2 quart dish; open 1 10-oz can of Rotel tomatoes, diced, (if using can of Rotel with whole tomatoes, dice them), and pour evenly over Velveeta cubes in dish. Place in microwave oven and cook for 5 minutes on 50% power; take out stir (it will be lumpy still) and return to microwave and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 50% power; remove and stir; if consistency is not smooth (contains cheese lumps) return to microwave and cook an additional minute at 50% power until all cheese is melted and stirs smoothly. Serve with tortilla chips or use on breakfast tacos or steak tortillas.
