Line a greased 9X13 pan with one can crescent rolls. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Brown hamburger and onion, adding cabbage when meat starts to brown. Cook until meat is done, seasoning to taste. Drain if necessary and stir in soup. Top baked crescent rolls with meat mixture, add cheese to top if desired. Top with remaining crescent roll dough. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
