Description: Ingredients as follows: 4 lb. Chuck Roast, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4 Tbs Salt, 1-1/4 Tbs Ground Black Pepper, 32 ounces KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce, Lg slice White Onion

Place roast into slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Pour 18oz barbeque sauce over meat. Place lg slice white onion on top Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

Remove and drain the juice out, shred the beef and return to the crock pot.

(Refrigerate the juice for a latter day for seasoning to mix with ground beef or turkey)

Pour another 18 oz of barbecue sauce and simmer for another one to three hours.
