combine ground round, onion, rice, egg white in med. size bowl.

divide mix into 6 portions, shape into patty.

brown patties on both sides and transfer to plate (keep warm)

add mushrooms, saute 5 minutes

add broth, worcestershire sauce, salt

cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
