Directions:

Mix salmon, garlic, onion, bell pepper, and parsley together. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse in a processor until well chopped.

Shape mixture into 4 patties and place on a baking sheet lightly brushed with oil.

Broil for 3-5 minutes on each side.
