In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and dill. Stir in salmon and fennel

For each wrap, start about 1 inch up from the bottom of a lettuce leaf and mound 1/4 of the salmon mixture in a horizontal row along the bottom third of the leaf.

Fold the bottom of the leaf over the filling then fold in about 1 inch of the sides. Roll firmly away from you. Cut each wrap in half on a diagonal.
