1)Mix together all ingredients except shells and pasta sauce in a med bowl.Reserve 1/4 c mozza.
2)Stuff shells with mixture
3) Cover bottom of 9 x 11 pan with 1/3 of pasta sauce.
4) Place stuffed shells on top of sauce, pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with reserved mozza.
5) Bake at 350 for 20 min or until sells are done. Let rest 5 min and serve.
