1  cup

Boil Chicken in lightly salted water until very tender. Shred chicken with a fork.
Combine Chicken, rinsed and drained beans, corn, and half the cheddar in a microwavable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Divide mixture among tortillias leaving room to fold one end.
Fold one end up 1 inch over mixture and fold each side over folded end.
Serve with Sour Cream and remaining cheese over top. (can add additiona salsa for just a few extra calories)
