Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (24 pieces)

4  cups
 
2  tablespoons
 
1  tablespoon
 
1/2  cup
 
1/8  teaspoon

Directions:

boil noodles as directed, rinse, drain, lay flat

mix Ricotta, egg, oregano, and garlic together

Pour 1 cup suace on bottom of 13x9 baking dish, metal or glass

place noodle on counter, dab on ricotta and spread evenly over noodle

sprinkle with 2 TBPS mozarella cheese. Roll, Slice in half.

place in dish ruffle side up. Continue till noodles are gone

Cover with foil, Bake 350 45 minutes
8)Sprinkle with remaining Mozarella, bake uncovered til brown
