1/2  cup
2  tablespoons

In a medium bowl whisk together the almond meal/flour, egg and mayonnaise. add the Pink Salmon, salt, pepper and green onion. Lightly mix these ingredients being careful not to overwork the salmon. Form into 8 round, flat salmon cakes.
Heat Coconut Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the cakes on each side until crusty and golden brown. Serve warm.

You can add red pepper flakes to this mixture for a bit of spice.
