Directions:  
1)Brown turkey
2) Add tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, cumin, beans. Cover and simmer 20 mins.
3) Add corn and cook until all liquid evaporates.
4) Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. Stuff, place in casserole dish, add water/chicken broth to bottom, and bake 45 mins at 350 covered in foil.
5) Add cheese and bake 5-10 mins.
6) Top with green onion and greek yogurt.
