Sauce spag

1  lb.		ground beef
3/4  lb.		Ground Veal - Raw
3  cups		Tomatoe Diced Can Happy Harvest
1  cup		Chicken Stock
6  cups		Muir Glen Tomato Sauce - Canned
4  teaspoons		Coconut Oil
3		Zucchinis
2  cups		White Onion - Chopped
10		Garlic Cloves - Fresh
2  teaspoons		Ground Oregano
8		Dole Celery - Fresh, Stalks
1  cup		Carrots - Fresh, Chopped

1-cut all veggies (zucchinis, onions, celery and carrots) in small pieces.
2-bring 3 cups of water and 1 cup of chicken stock to boil.
3-add oil, garlic and all veggies and cook for 20 min or until vegetable chunk would easily mash under the pressure of a fork.
4-add diced tomato and pure with your preferred kitchen appliance, I use an hand food chopper.
5-brown meat and add to pure and tomato sauce, hand chop again.
6-add oregano (and/or other herbs to taste), let simmer for 60 min.
7-Voila
