Cook patty on non-stick skillet for 3-4 minutes a side or until golden brown and crisp. When fully cooked, place patty on paper towel.

Drain grease from skillet and return to heat. Beat egg and cook in skillet. When egg has fully cooked and edges are firm, fold egg over in half. Remove from heat.

Toast English muffin. Place egg on bottom of the English muffin, then top with cooked sausage patty and slice of cheese. Microwave for 25-30 seconds then top with remaining half of English Muffin.
