Wash all vegetables!

Chop onions, cabbage, and carrots to desired size. I like to include the green leaves to give this dish more color.

Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and begin sauteeing onions and carrots on medium heat.

When onions are tender, add just enough water to cover the bottom of the skillet and then add cabbage. Season and stir vegetables.

Cover and let cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. I prefer my veggies slightly crunchy, which takes 10-15 minutes usually. Cook longer if desired.
