Serious Coffee Buttercream

2  tablespoons		espresso powder
1-1/2  tablespoons		Kahlua
1-1/2  tablespoons		unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2  tablespoons		vanilla extract
12  ounces		unsalted butter
1  dash		salt
3-3/4  cups		confectioners' sugar
3  tablespoons		egg beaters

In small bowl, combine espresso powder, kahlua, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt. stir until the espresso and cocoa powders dissolve and set aside.

In large mixing bowl, on med-high speed, beat butter until light and fluffy. Scrape sides of bowl and add confectioners' sugar and egg substitue, beating on med-low to combine. Add the coffee-cocoa mixture and continue beating on med-high until very smooth and creamy.
