Directions:  
In a microwave safe dish cook the broccoli approximately 5 minutes, just until tender.
In a medium nonstick skillet heat the olive oil and crushed red pepper until shimmers. Add the broccoli and cook about ten minutes until some of the broccoli begins to brown.
Remove from heat and add the parmesan, serve immediately.
