Wash millet and drain. Boil water and add sea salt. Add millet, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for 5-10 minutes to increase fluffiness. While millet is standing, put sesame seeds into a frying pan and toast for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Once seeds are brown, add olive oil and millet. Stir mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes and serve.
