Prepare spaghetti. Drain, reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water

Heat Peanut oil in large skillet over med. heat while pasta cooks. Add ginger, garlic and stir-fry veggies and cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until veggies are crisp tender.

Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, lemon, and reserved pasta water in serving bowl. Add spaghetti, chicken, and vegtebles. Toss to mix well.
