1  teaspoon
2  tablespoons

Cut into triangles and drain tofu on paper towels. Let stand for 15 minutes. Press down occasionally.
Combine vinegar, OJ, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 6 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place tofu in skillet. Cook for 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from heat.
Pour vinegar mixture over the tofu to coat. Sprinkle with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
