4  pieces		Large Lettuce leave
1  fl. oz.		Broccoli Sprouts
1/2  cup		Carrot matchsticks
1/4  cup		Cilantro
1/2  cup		Onion
4  ounces		Medium Shrimp
1  tablespoon		Soy sauce
1/2  tablespoon		Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/5		Cucumber - Fresh with Skin, 8 1/4"

1 season shrimp (12 medium) with desired seasoning. I use season salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper
2 add olive oil and shrimp to pan and sautee'
3 Cut cucumber in 3rds and cut a 3rd in half. Cut that half into sticks (use more if you'd like). Chop onions.
4 lay out lettuce leaves and fill with other ingredients and 3 shrimp each
5 roll leaves and 'seal' with toothpick
