Clean and peel shrimp; season to taste

chop bell pepper, garlic, and onion

place bell pepper and garlic in a lightly oiled pan with extra virgin olive oil

when the onion and pepper begins to turn translucent, add garlic.

Add shrimp to vegetable mixture.

Add stewed tomatoes and cream of shrimp.

Cook rice

Serve shrimp over rice.
