1)Melt butter in skillet over mediium heat.
2) Mix in lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic, sugar, lime peel, and cayenne pepper
3) Saute for around 30 seconds and add shrimp, saute for about 3 minutes
4) stir in parsley, season w/ salt and pepper
