Combine all ingredients

Form into a loaf shape

Bake covered for 50 minutes to 1 hour

Add a small amount of tomato sauce to top of loaf to keep moist

Recover and back for about another 10 minutes until center is near 160 degrees.

Uncover and bake for another 2-3 minutes to finish

The temp for meatloaf should be 350 degrees.(oven) for about 45 min. To 1hr depending on the size of the meatloaf.
