Ingredients:  Makes 5 servings (5 cups)

1-1/2  lb.
2  cups
1/4  cup
2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
1  dash
1/4  teaspoon

Heat olive oil on medium high heat.
Add onions and cook until transluscent.
Add ground turkey and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until browned all over.
Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and tomato paste.
Turn heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Serve on top of 1/2 of a hamburger bun.

Optional: Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
