Place uncooked chicken breasts in the slow cooker and turn on low.

Chop all vegetables and tangerine and add to slow cooker, season with salt and pepper , oregano. Cover and cook for 4 hours.

Boil water and add whole wheat pasta, cook for 20 mins.

Wash spinach and drain.

Coarsly chop spinach and garlic cloves and place in frying pan with oil.

Serve pasta with chicken and spread sauce overtop along with cooked spinach and garlic.
