Directions:  
1 - cut and flatten 4 oz pieces of chicken breast
2 - add one 35g or feta cheese to each
3 - add handful of spinach to each
4 - roll and pin with toothpick
5- coat crockpot with cooking spray
6- place chicken breasts in crockpot
7- add garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper, broth and remaining spinach and feta on top of chicken.
8 - cook for 8 hours
