Description: Yummy Indian dish confabulated from a couple different recipes. Note: this was too soupy for me, added some cooked rice and 2 T tomato paste. Also, needs a bit more spice.

Directions:  
Cover chicken with garlic and ginger paste
Pre-heat stove to med-high with oil
Sear the chicken on both sides (1-2 minutes)
Put the chicken in slow cooker
Combine onion paste, tomatoes, coriander, cumin, salt, turmeric, and cayenne in food processor and blend. Leaves some chunkiness, that is don't make a smooth paste.
Pour chunky sauce from previous step over the chicken.
Cook on high for 1 hr
Cook on low for 5 more hours
Garnish with cilantro (and optionally fresh sliced Roma tomato)
