Spaghetti Bake

1-1/2  lb.		hamburger/or Morning Star Grillers
1  cup		chopped onion
1/4  teaspoon		dry minced garlic
1  teaspoon		salt
1  teaspoon		basil
1-1/2  teaspoons		oregano, crushed
28  ounces		tomatoes, cut up
15  ounces		tomato sauce
4  ounces		mushrooms, drained
2  teaspoons		sugar
8  ounces		spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
16  ounces		shredded mozarella cheese
1/3  cup		grated Parmesan

Brown hamburger(add grillers) and drain off grease. Brown meat with onions and seasonings.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and sugar.
Cook uncovered 20 minutes.
Stir in cooked, drained spaghetti.

In 9 x 13" pan put in half of meat and spaghetti mixture.
Then add 8 oz mozzarella cheese.
Top with rest of meat and spaghetti mixture.
Put 8 oz mozarrella cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
