Cook the meat in a skillet until browned

Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened about 5 minutes

Stir in the sliced up carrot and cook for about 2 minutes

Stir in the mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, and oregano; bring to a boil

Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.

Add the milk and cook, uncovered, until the sauce is thickened, about 15 minutes.

Stir in salt and pepper

Top the spaghetti with the sauce and enjoy!!
