Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Slice squash in half, scoop out seeds and place in baking dish cut side down. Add water and tightly cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until squash can be easily pierced with a fork.

While squash is cooking, brown ground turkey in a large skillet. Drain and add chopped onion, herbs and seasoning. Saute until onion is transparent. Stir in tomato puree. Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Take squash out of oven and begin to scoop out the strands of the squash with a fork.

Before serving, add 1/2 cup of parmesan to meat sauce and stir in. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
