Spray non stick pan or wok with cooking spray.
Over med heat cook onions until tender, add garlic and beef. Cook until no longer pink, remove from pan.
3)spray pan again. Add mushrooms, do not crowd, brown mushrooms. Add celery,carrots,zucchini,and pepper. Cook utill just begins to soften.
In a small cup mix together beef stock, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce,Chinese Five Spice powder and corn starch or arrowroot powder. Power into cooked stir fry, reduce heat and stir constantly as sauce thickens.
Serve over brown rice or noodle.
