Spicy Boiled Egg Salad with Lentils

1  tablespoon		Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil - Reduced Fat
4  tablespoons		Red Onion, chopped
2		Roma Tomatoes,s chopped
1		Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
5  cups		Marketside Fresh Spinach
1/2  teaspoon		Milled Sea Salt
1  pinch		Milled Black Pepper
8		Crackers - Kashi Hearts to Heart Original Whole Grain
4		Egg Whites - Cooked
1/2  cup		Lentils - Cooked

-Boil the egg whites, when they are ready, slice them.

(To boil egg whites, place them on an oven proof container and place the container on a bigger pot that contains shallow water, and place on the stove until done)

-Boil Lentils on 2 Cups of Water for about 25 Minutes or until Soft.

-Mix the eggs whites with the Lentils, Mayo, Onion, Tomatoes, Jalapeno, Salt and Pepper.

-Place the Spinach at the bottom of each plate and top with the Boiled Egg Salad.

-Enjoy with crackers!
