Mix the egg, jalapeno peppers, and garlic in a large mixing bowl until the egg is well blended. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, mustard, paprika, chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper, bread crumbs, and turkey. Mix together well and form into 6 patties.

Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray

Cook the turkey burgers on the preheated grill until no longer pink, about 5 minutes per side. Serve on the hamburger buns.
