In a large skillet, heat oil. Add peppers and garlic; cook 3 minutes. Add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes, until beef is no longer pink.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve meat on top of hamburger buns.
