Spicy Sweet Potatoes and Kale

15  ounces		small sweet potatoes
1		onion
2		garlic cloves
1  tablespoon		maple syrup
1  tablespoon		worcestershire sauce
1/2  teaspoon		Thai Chili paste
4  cups		chopped kale
1/2		lemon
1  tablespoon		Natural Oils Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1  tablespoon		Ginger Root - Fresh, Minced

Scrub sweet potatoes and micro till tender, 3- 6 min. Cool till easy to cut into bite size pieces.
Put 1 tbsp olive oil into fry pan with onion and kale. Cover and stir occasionally till tender. Add minced garlic and cook for one min.
Add maple syrup, worchestershire sauce(or soy sauce), ginger and chili paste(or hot sauce of some kind).
Add cut up sweet potatoes and squeeze lemon on top, stir in.
