2  teaspoons

3  teaspoons

mince garlic, ginger, jalapeno and green onion
slice red bell peppers into 3" strips
cut asparagus into 3'" strips (remove woody ends first)
chop cilantro and set aside
using 1/2 tbs sesame oil, stir fry garlic, ginger, jalapeno, salt and green onion for 2-3 minutes
add snow peas, peppers, sugar peas and asparagus to pan and stir fry for 6-7 minutes
mix hoisin sauce, hot chili sauce soy sauce and cornstarch together and add to vegetables
lower heat and stir fry together until sauce thickens and vegetables are crisp but not raw..about 6 minutes
