Cook bacon, chop, set aside. (Leave some bacon fat in skillet)

Cook ground turkey, drain, set aside.

Sautee garlic, red pepper and onion.

Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, cholula, and cheese. Stir together.

Add spinach to garlic, red pepper and onion. Cook until slightly wilted, about a minute.

Combine egg mixture, bacon, ground turkey and sauteed veggies.

Grease a 9x11 baking dish; pour mixture into baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

Remove and cool.
