Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (6 cups)

Directions:  
Slice onion into thin slices
Sautee in pan with extra virgin olive oil (medium heat)
Add garlic, continue to stir
Add sea salt and black pepper to onions
Add 2 12 oz bags of frozen spinach
Stir fry about 4 minutes (medium heat)
Add water and cover
Lower heat and stir occasionally until cooked to your liking
