Description: Cream, sugar and vinegar, tossed with new lettuce or boston lettuce. Simple, unusual, delicious!

Wash lettuce leaves and tear into bite size pieces.
Set on paper towel to dry.
Put cream and sugar together in a small jar and shake until sugar is disolved.
Sprinkle vinegar over washed lettuce leaves and toss to coat.
Pour cream and sugar mixture on lettuce and toss to coat.
