Directions:

preheat oven to 375 degrees.

dissolve yeast in water in a standing mixer with dough hook. let sit for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl beat together eggs, sugar and salt. Add egg mixture to yeast and mix.

Add half of the floor mixinging until smooth.

add melted butter and mix well. Add remaining flour mixing until stiff dough is formed.

Add dough to a greased bowl covered. Let rise until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.

Divide dough into 2 pieces. Roll out on floured surface into a rectangle 1/4-1/2 inch thick.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix.

Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds.

Melt all together in pan, combining well. Set rolls on top cut side down. Proof untill double in size.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 t0 25 minutes until golden brown.
