Directions:  
Heat up skillet and olive oil to medium-high heat. Mince onions and sautee until edges begin to turn brown. Add minced garlic (optional) and sweat until garlic is soft. Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Heat, and season with herbs and spices to taste. Once vegetables are cooked thoroughly, serve over brown rice. Drizzle toasted sesame oil on top.
