Directions:  
Bake pastry shell at 350 degress for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in a large owl, beat the cream cheese, egg su, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into the crust. Bake 15-18 longer or until the center is almost set. Coll on a wire rack to room temp. Arrange strawberries over filling In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir in preserves. Bring to a boil; coll and stir for 2 min or until thickened. Spoon or brush over the strawberries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting. Garnish with col whip if desired.
