2  ounces

Turn stove to 350 degrees. Boil water - add rice. Simmer per box instructions.
Heat meatless ground in skillet. Once rice is done, put meatless ground, rice, feta cheese, 3/4 of the tomato sauce and any spices to taste to mixture. Stir together, set aside.
Cut off tops of green peppers and clean out the seeds/insides. Sit them upright and stuff with mixture.
Take remaining sauce and add Italian seasonings to it - pour over peppers.
Bake for an hour. Take out, and dust each with 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
