Heat oven to 350. Scoop out flesh of eggplant, chop and reserve. Season shell with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil

Heat remaining oil and saute turkey. Add chopped eggplant. Season with Italina Seasoning salt and pepper. Add wine and cook 5 minutes. Mix in bread crumbs. Stuff into shells.

Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until eggplant is tender.
